ECONOMIC CONFERENCE

DOMINION REPRESENTATION GOVERNMENT LEADERS MENTIONED. » (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. April 28. If New Zealand is to be directly represented at the Economic Conference opening in London on June 12 it will be ncessary for the Dominion delegation to leave within the next fortnight at the very latest. Apart from formal discussion Cabinet has not yet given consideration to the question of representation. The general feeling in Ministerial circles is that the Dominion should have a direct representative at the conference. Mr Forbes and Mr Coates have both been mentioned in connection with the Dominion’s representation.
