REPORTS FROM NORTHERN CENTRES. (Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND, December 18. There was a continuation of ideal summer conditions during the week-end. The wind was very light from the northcast and the conditions were exceptionally warm. WELLINGTON, December 18. Wellington experienced glorious summer weather over : the week-end. The wind was from the north-west and was stronger on Saturday than on Sunday. CHRISTCHURCH, December 18. Saturday was clear and swelteringly hot. To-day was beautifully fine with a breeze from the north-cast. The barometer has a downward tendency.
