IT IS HEREBY PUBLICLY NOTIFIED that, owing to the death of Mr James Horn, a Vacancy has been created on the Otago Education Board for the Central Ward, and that the ELECTION to fill the said Vacancy will be held on FRIDAY, January 27, 1933.
