(By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, Jjily 11. >; (Received July 12, at 1.40 a.m.) - An Oran message says that one of the most gruesome murders in history was revealed by the : discovery of 31 pieces of a woman’s body strewn in the streets. Identification was only possible by a tattoo mark. The victim was a beautiful wealthy middle-aged Moorish woman, Ben Afsa Khadidjoa, who resided at the Sidi-bel-Abbes lieadquarters of the Foreign Legion. She was divorced by a rich merchant.
