POLITICAL PRISONERS
DISTURBANCES AT DELHI FOMENTED BY COMMUNISTS. CALCUTTA, July 10. There were serious disturbances among the political prisoners in a gaol at Delhi yesterday, when frontier Communist internees attempted to induce the prisoners who were. awaiting / trial to revolt. Warders who attempted to prevent them were stoned. Six were severely injured, and one, hdd his nose cut off.
