CONGREGATIONAL REVENUE A SUBSTANTIAL DROP. (Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, February 24.

Figures presented to the Presbyterian General Assembly to-day shoAved a drop of £II,OOO in congregational revenue for the year. In presenting tiie financial statement, Mr G. V. Chapman (treasurer) said that several of the church colleges were in difficulties financially. A resolution was agreed to on the motion of the Rev. Mr Blanchard for the Wellington Presbytery recommending observance by the church of Christmas Day as the commemorating incarnation of Christ.
