SYDNEY, February 13. Vivian M'Grath, the boy tennis champion, is to visit Europe and will take part at Wimbledon and in other contests. His trip will synchronise with the Davis Cup fixtures. The New South Wales Tennis Association will pay his expenses. AUSTRALIAN TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS. ADELAIDE, February 13. (Received Feb. 14, at 5.5 p.m.) The following are the results of the Australian lawn tennis championships: — Final Men’s Singles—Crawford (New South Wales) retained the title after a gruelling battle with Hopman (Victoria), 4—6, 6—3, 3 —6, 6—3, 6 1. Junior Singles—M'Grath (New South Wales) beat Quist (South Australia), 6—4, 6—2. Women’s Singles.—Mrs Buttsworth (New South Wales), beat Miss Le Mesurier (South Australia), 9 7, 6—4. Final Mixed Doubles.—Crawford and Mrs Crawford beat Satoh and Mrs O’Hara Wood, 6 —3, B—6,8 —6, 6—3. Women’s Doubles. —Mesdames Crawford and Buttsworth (New South Wales) beat Misses Le Messurier and Weston (South Australia), 6—2, 6—2. Men’s Doubles. —Crawford and Moon beat Patterson and Hopman, 4—6, 6—4, 12—10, 6—3. ADELAIDE, February 14. (Received Feb. 15, at 1 a.m.) In the mixed doubles Crawford and Mrs Crawford beat Satoh and Mrs O’Hara Wood, B—6, 6—B, 6—3.
