GOVERNMENT ACTION SUMMONS SERVED ON LEADER. SYDNEY, January 13.. (Received Jan. 14, at 1.30 a.m.) Colonel Eric Campbell, leader of the New Guard, was to-night served with a summons at the instance of the Lang Government, charging him with using insulting words in the course of a speech.
