(Received Jan. 13, at 10.30 p.m.) “ One of us must die, and it is thou, dog of a Frenchman, because we must live,” declared Herr Spangemaeher, National Socialist leader in the Reichstag, when speaking at Oldenburg. He expressed the hope that German troops would soon be marching across the Rhine against France, their deadliest foe. He added insulting epithets regarding M. Briand and M. Laval.
