THE POST OFFICE SITE
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — A suggestion has been made in your columns that a temporary band rotunda be erected on the Post Office site. What about a, speedway or a sanctuary for ducks? There is a large sheet of water which could be used tor tlie latter-purpose. Or, to make things practical, through the erection of ‘ rolldowns ” we could make a lot of money for our unfortunate unemployed. We might have a monthly art union to commence the fund. lam sure something of this kind could be done. —I am, etc., Practical.
