NO DISCUSSION WITH EMPLOYERS
LONDON, July 13. . (Received July 13, at 8.15 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph says that work will cease to-day at 60 wool-combing works at Bradford. Though only 8000 operatives are affected immediately, the stoppage will quickly affect 100,000. A reduction of 11.7 per cent, in wages' was proposed, and the unions determined to strike without even discussing the matter with the employers. The Lord Mayor of Bradford has issued an appeal to the employers to withdrawvthe notices, at any rate during the visit of Prince George, who will open an historical pageant;
