CARROLL MEMORIAL HANDICAP TO AUTUMNIA. (Per United Press Association.) WAIROA, January 22. The second day of the Wairoa Racing, Club’s meeting was’ held to-day in fine but threatening weather. The attendance was good, and the track in splendid order after the night’s rain. The sum of £6472 was put through the totalisatbr, against £9563 on the second day last year.
