RECENT SPANISH REVOLT
MOVEMENTS OF LEADER. , ALLOWED TO ENTER BELGIUM. (United Press Association.) . (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BRUSSELS, December 28. It is stated that the Belgian Government has given permission to General Franco to enter the country on condition that he abstains from political activities. Franco says he wishes to remain only a few days. Another report from Berlin says that he will proceed to Freidrichshafcn to join the Dornier seaplane .works. General F ra uco was one of the leaders of the recent revolts in Spain, which failed, and' Franco .escaped to Portugal, where he Was interned and later given his liberty.
