WELLINGTON, November 30. A high north wind has blown on both Saturday and to-day. Although both days have been sunny and warm there were light passing clouds to-dav. CHRISTCHURCH, November 30. the weather over the week-end was fine and warm, but a boisterous nor’wester to-day raised clouds of dust, and made conditions unpleasant.
