MARSHAL PILSUDSKI
RESIGNATION ANNOUNCED. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) WARSAW, November 29. (Received Nov. 30, at 5.5 p.m.) Marshal Pilsudski is resigning owing to ill-health. The President, M. Moscieki, has invited M. Slawek, the leader of the Government bloc, to form a Ministry, pending which Marshal Pilsudski will carry on.
