This morning the, following prisoners were sentenced in the Supreme Court by Mr Justice Ostler i—Joseph Bernard Lynn, breaking, entering," and theft at Hastings, two years’ probation, pay costs (£1 11s), and make restitution of £3O in three months; Patrick Blenner-Has-sett, a companion of Lynn, two years’ Borstal; Horace Basil Fitzsimmons and Alfred Harold Ibell, breaking, entering, and theft at Wellington, reformative detention not exceeding three years,, concurrent with a two years* sentence at present being, undergone; Frederick Emanuel. Sinuniss, false pretences at Wellington, two years’ hard labour, with a warning that he will be declared an habitual criminal if he comes before the court again.
