A REFRACTORY CREW.

NORWEGIAN STEAMER HELD UP. {Special to Daily Times.) AUCKLAND, April 1. Just as the Norwegian steamer June was pulling out from Queen's wharf this morning, bound for Nauru Island, nine members of the stokehold crew walked ashore and declared that they would not take the ship to sea. On the wharf they found water front police waiting to receive them, and they were straightway gathered into custody. The master of the June held a parley with his refractory crew at the police station, and they eventually consented to rejoin the vessel. Meanwhile the tug had taken the June to an anchorage off Hobson Bay, and the crew went off to her by launch. A further argument ensued aboard the ship, and she did not get away until nearly mid-day.
