(Received Dec. 15, at 5.5 p.m.) A message from Hamilton (Ontario) states that a tour ot New Zealand arranged for Percy Williams, the Olympic sprint champion, and Jimmy Ball, the qnarter-miler, has been cancelled owing to the inability of Williams to obtain leave. They had planned to sail on’Christmas Day.
