FRAUDULENT DUPLICATION. PROPOSALS FOR PREVENTION. (United Press Association.) , <By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, December 4. (Received Dec. 4, at 9 p.m.) In the House of Commons, Mr W. Graham (President of the Board of Trade), answering a question, said he would consider any practicable proposals to make impossible fraudulent duplication or triplication of share issues. It was already punishable with penal servitude under the Forgery Act.
