ADJOURNED FOR A MONTH. ATTEMPT TO SETTLE TROUBLE. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) WARSAW, November 5. The Speaker adjourned to-day’s sitting for a month. It is hoped that meanwhile better counsels will prevail.
