BLIZZARD STOPS WORK. ■ INTENSELY COLD SPELL. (Special to the Press Association from the Byrd Expedition.) By Russell Owen. BAY OF WHALES; September 25. (Received Sept. 26, at 9 p.m.) All work hab been stopped by the blizzard. It is. now -41- below zero, while last night it was ’ 50. The moil On house duty have difficulty in keeping the windows clear of snow, the windows being at the bottom .of deep holes in the drift over the houses. It is uncertain how long the blizzard will last.
