OUTBREAK ON BRITISH STEAMER VESSEL RETURNING TO PORT. \ (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) . LONDON, August 30. The British steamer Fhympay, bound from Hull to Melbourne, wirelessed that an outbreak of fire occurred in the after hold yesterday and that she was returning to Durban.—Australian Press Association.
