CROMWELL RAILWAY MINIATURE RIFLE CtUB. Members of the Cromwell Railway Miniature Rifle Club turned out in full force last Thursday evening to compete for a trophy ppresented.by Mr Gilchrist. Conipetition was keen and close, P. Bell winning after- a shoot off with three other members. Mr Gillespie made the highest score off the rifle—7 8.. In the sis-a-side teams’ ■ shoot, Railway was the winner, the scoring being:— Railway: Long 77, Bramley 77, Dennison 76, Lynch 75, Boycs 74, Hughes 72; — total, 451. Croniwell: Gillespie 78, Vient 76, Dewar 73, Middleton 67, Webb 66, Sanders_s7; —total, 417. . The highest scores of the evening wore: H. Long,-77, 6, 80; R. Bramley, 77, 4,8: J.
