FIRST PROPOSAL FOR RELIEF. FORMATION OF CORPORATION. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) 1 NE\V YORK, July 27. (Received July 28, at 5.5 p.m.) A Chicago report; states that it is learned that the Federal’ Farm Board's first proposal for farm relief will be the formation of a 20,000,000d0l ’ grain marketing corporation, which’would sell its products throughout the world, according to the chairman (Mr Leggo). Such an organisation would be formed through a merger of farmer-owned grain pools, cooperative associations, and elevator associations. It would be established along co-operative lines, and would be eligible for loans under the new Farm Relief Act. It, would also serye as an - intermediary between the bpard and the farmers’ cooperative groups. ’ Mr Legge declared, however, that the details are yet’ to be worked out.
