A STORMY MEETING. •RETURN OF PJUNCE DESIRED. (United Press Association.) (3y Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, Julv 20. A message from Nice , states that if Prince Louis does not return to Monaco within a fortnight to carry out his promises of reform a referendum will instantly be held on the question of his .abdication and the formation of a Republic allied to France. Thjs decision was reached at a fiery meting of members of Parliament, the inn fori ty of whom declared that the Prince had evaded the delegations sent to Paris to meet him. The Treasury was empty, and the Casino was bleeding the town to make largo dividends.—Australian Press Association—United Service.
