(Received April-11, at 8.30 p.m.)r The Allied delegates continued the reparations discussions, which resulted in an agreement on the British, French, Belgian, and Italian claims bn a common reduced total provided nothing unforeseen occurs, but new points are continually cropping tap owing to the interests of the dominions and ‘minor Allies, who are not represented at the interallied discussions. A great number of existing agreements are also affected by the new proposals,—Times Cable.
