A meeting of the sub-committee appointed by the League Council at its last meeting to deal with the question of the rights of minorities will meet in t.ie Foreign Office on April ‘>o. Sir Alston Chamberlain is rapporteur on the quoslion, and his colleagues, who will come to discuss the matter with him, assignor Guinones De Leon (Spain) -.mi Mr Adatchi (Japan). Monsieur G. Mironescu, the Rumanian Foreign Minister, arrived in London this evening.
