R.l.P.—Requiem Mass at St. Joseph’s Cathedral, To-day (Saturday), the 21st Inst., at 7 a.m. Private Interment. —Hugh Gourley, Ltd., undertakers, DEWAR. —On April 20, at Alexandra, John Dewar, beloved husband of Bothia Dewar: in his ninety-fourth year.—The Funeral will leave bis late Residence for the Alexandra Cemetery, on Monday, April 23, at 2.30 p.m.

GILLIOAN.—On April 19, 1928, at Dunedin, James Henry Gilligan (late of Cromwell) • aged 72 years.—The Funeral will leave the Dunedin Hospital (Cumberland stivset entrance). To-day ■ (Saturday), the 21st Inst., at 9 a.m., for the Anderson s Bay Cemetery.—R. M’Lean and Son, undertakers.

HOWARD. —On April 20, 1928, at the residence of her daughter (Mrs Morton), 181 Albany street, Elizabeth' Alma, dearly beloved wife of the late James Howard (late of North-East Valley) : aged 74 years. “So loved, so mourned.” —The Funeral will leave the above Residence To-morrow (Sunday), April 22. at 2 p.m., for the Anderson's Bay Cemetery.—W. H. Cole, undertaker. SHAW. —On April 19, 1928, at Ross Home, Dunedin, Robert Shaw, of Ain street, Oamaru: in his seventy-fourth year. Private interment. —Stringer and Middtemass, undertakers, Oamaru.
