SUPREME COURT.
PRISONERS SENTENCED. (Per United Press Association.) • CHRISTCHURCH, April 20. In the Supremo Court the following prisoners were sentenced by Mr Just-.ce Adams: —Cecil William Hector Isaacs, for indecent assault, reformative detention for one year; Kenneth Gay, aged 22, for theft, nino months’ imprisonment; Arthur Schenkcl, aged 13. for theft, probation for two years- Alfred Charles Welman, for housebreaking and theft nine months’ imprisonment; Ira Franck Bishell, for forging a receipt, two years’ probation; Leonard Charles Haskel, for housebreaking, six months’ imprisonment, to be followed by two years’ reformative detention.
