SUNDAY SERVICES.
At the Central Mission (Octagon Hall) the services to-morrow will be taken by the Rev. G. F. O. Whittlestone in the morning, and the Rev. James Richards in the evening. At the evening service, which will be broadcasted by 4YA, solos will be rendered by Mr Mortley Peake, of Gisborne, and the Rev. James Richards. Mr Charles A. Martin will officiate at the organ. The Rev. W. Saunders will occupy the pulpit at the Moray Place Congregational Church to-morrow. At the evening service Mr Ernest M’Kinlay will sing xe people read your hearts” and ‘‘lf with all your hearts,” from the “ Elijah.” “The War Horse—A Simile! ” Is the subject at the Gospel Tent Mission in King street to-morrow evening, when Evangelist Forbes Macleod will speak. The Rev. W. H. Hocking will conduct both services at the Dundas Street Methodist Church to-morrow. The sermon themes will be:—Morning, “Faith and Works,” and evening, “ The Passwords to the OverWorld.” Miss Noni Davidson will be the evening soloist. The Rev. W. B. Scott will be the preacher at Cargill Road Methodist Church to-morrow. The morning subject will deal with “The Breakdown of Prejudice,” and in the evening the subject will be “ What is the key to the Christian World ? ” At the United Congregational Church, the Rev. C. Maitland Elliss’s subjects, morning and evening respectivly, will be; “Praise thy God. O Zion,” and "The Warrant of Trust.” The Rev. H. E. Bellhouse will conduct both services in Trinity Methodist Church, Stuart street, to-morrow, preaching in the morning on “ The Saving Power of Hope,” and in the evening on “Things that Cannot be Bought.” In the evening Miss Phyllis West will sing.
