FOREGATHERS WITH OLD ASSOCIATES. (Press Association —By Telegraph—flopjrtghi.| LONDON, February 1& (Received Feb. 11, at 5.5 pja.) The Dally Express states that Too* bitsch Lincoln, an ex-member of tip House of Commons and the father of Bombardier Lincoln, the murderer, is now a member of a secret Chinese mission which is negotiating a loan of £4,000,000 for buying munitions and food for the Cantonese. He was in Berlin a west ago, and is now in Swtizerland presiding over a secret council including many of his old associates in the German revolution. —A. and N.Z. Cable. Bombardier Lincoln was charged with the murder of a brewer’s traveller named Richards, who was found dead in his garden at Trowbridge on Christmas Eve, 1925. He was found guilty and hanged.
