The Assembly, amid scenes of great excitement, agreed to a fresh redivision of the electoral boundaries on the casting vote of the Speaker. The members ot the Labour Opposition, chagrined at tne prospect of a Ministerial victory completely discarded the dignity traditionally associated with parliamentary procedure, and made grossly insulting remarks to the Ministers and Speaker
