(Received June 12, at 5.6 p.m.) Mr Amery in a speech at the Corona Club said that the reconstruction of the Colonial Office was only an outward sign of a process which had been maturing for some time. He pjointed out that there was a fundamental difference between consultation with the partner nations in the commonwealth, and the administration and development of tho colonies, for which Parliament was directly responsible, The re-arrangement would benefit tho colonies no less .than the dominions, sible.
