OOOUPIER FINED £4O. (Per United Press Association.) WESTPORT, June 12. In tho Alagistrate’s Court today a charge against Ralph Hansby of being the owner of promises used as a common gaming house was dismissed. F. Higgins, charged with being tho occupier of premises similarly used, was fined £4O. Two men found on (ho premises were each fined £2 and a charge against another was dismissed.
