APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN. WHY MR COLDER DECLINED. Pres’j Association —By Telegraph —Copyright, LONDON, June 11. It is understood that Mr F. H. Coller resigned because he could not accept the chairmanship of the Food Council, which would hvae no statutory powers of authority. It is reported that Mr Coller is likely to take up an important position with Messrs Laver Brothers. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
