(Received Juno 12, at 5.5 p.m.) Veenstra and Lieutenant Quersin, winners of the balloon race, had an exciting adventure, landing in the sea at night 10 miles from the Spanish coast. They were picked up by a steamer in an exhausted condition, after drifting for six hours.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
