MR PIPER’S MISSION.
The special series of song services being conducted for ten days in the Dundas Street Methodist Church with the assistance of' Mr H. Leslie Piper, of the Sydney Censer-’ vatorium of Music, opened most successfully* yesterday. The church was tilled morrnngVafternoon, and evening, the morning’-tmd evening services taking the usual form. Itr' the afternoon Mr Piper sang, vthile liev. E. O. Blamires gave descriptions of tb-e hymns that were sung. Mrs George Scottsang also at the afternoon meeting.- '-M'i«s’ Hartley presided at the piano. Mf Piflfcfr ! sang four times at each service, as is ctw--tomary at his song services. The services' will be continued at 7.30 o'clock at -thg Dundas Street Methodist Church this ev«di*> ing, and each night this week. • .
