FEEDING OF MILLIONS
CATERERS’ GREAT TASK. LONDON, February 6. Lyons and Company, the well-known caterers, expect 50,000,000 people to patronise their 31 restaurants at the Empire Exhibition at Wembley. The company states that it will use Australasian meats, butter, flour, honey, wines, fish, dried and canned fruits in their Australian and New Zealand restaurants. The former seats 350 people and the latter 250. They are decorated to harmonise with the main building- and each possesses self-contained kitchens.
