A woi nan who was charged at the Isere Assizes with killing her aged father with a sandbag had confessed her guilt, but during {.he trial it transpired that it was the husband who was the murderer. He was arrested in court and confessed. He will take the place of his wife at the next assizes. The motive of the crime was a small sum of money.—A. and N.Z. Cabie.
