PRINCESS THEATRE.

The George Wallace Company’s revue, “off Honolulu,” which proved so popular some weeks ago, is again being submitted by special request at tfte Princess 'theatre this week. The (Ximpany will bid farewell to Dunedin on Friday. The first portion of the programme is also one of particular merit, and selections are given by Ray Kemble (personality entertainer), Trixie Ireland (soprano), Malfe and Mabel (“the big clumsy boy and the dainty girl”), and Billy Elliott (comedian). THE SEALS’ RETURN. The splendid bill promised for Saturday next (opening with the matinee) will reintroduce in Captain Adams and Odiva’s seals perhaps the most remarkable animal act over seen upon the local vaudeville stage. No patron of the Princess can have forgotten the sensation they created some two years ago. Briefly, some of the features may he recalled. Captain Adams opens the act by taking one of the nine seals for a stroll through the auditorium. The animal follows with the docility of a pet dog, stopping from time to time tfb shake flippers with anyone desirous of making its acquaintance. Another seal walks on its fore flippers, crawls like an infant, and gives a. weird singing performance. Another climbs a staircase, dives into the big tank, and with the graceful Mile. Odiva holding on to its flippers, tows her through the water. Then the animals are fed under water by the “diving Venus,” and disport playfully with her. There is also a comedian in the troupe who, during the performance of the others, breaks into derisive applause and weird laughter. These are but a few of the feats that keep the audience amused for u full 35 m'nutes. The plans for the season are at the Bristol.
