A-r Sidey has given notice to ask the Government whether it will bring down legislation this session giving power to magistrates in cases of j-eckless motor driving to make orders preventing persons from driving their cars for definite periods? PUBLICATION OF DIVIDENDS. Mr Witty asks the Government whether it will repeal the absurd clause which prevents the publication of totalisator dividends. COOK ISLANDS STOCK. Mr Witty wants tho Government to assist the natives of the Cook Islands to improve the breed of cattle, pigs, and fowls on tho islands by sending them some better stock.
