There is more than one reason why Iho nations of the earth must stop fighting against each other.- There is a greater struggle ahead of us. Our scientists, if not our politicians, realise the impending tragedy, and are warning us to be ready for it. A time will come when the natural resources of the world will bo over-taxed, either through increasing population or decreasing supplies. There will probably bo no more coal ,in 600 years’ time. The timber supplies of the world are rapidly diminishing Insects and other “pests’ are making alarming depredations in the' world’s larder, and the demand for wheat is growipg so rapidly that the Supply will not keep up with it.
