The Attorney-General (Sir Francis Bell) has given a revised ruling regarding the position of the Labour representatives on the Arbitration Court. M.r-JM. J. Reardon, though he cannot sit instead of Mr J. A. M'Cullough, has not to be re-elected; ho remains in the position to which he has already been elected.
