It ia officially announced that the Bavarian Government has not yet reached a final decision regarding the Berlin decrees. It appears that a compromise was reached between the Central and Bavarian Governments, but Bavaria desires to continue negotiations with a view to obtaining further concessions.—Reuter. BERLIN’S OFFER REFUSED. BAVARIAN PREMIER RESIGNS. BERLIN, September 12. The conference between the Imperial Government and the Bavarian delegation arrived at a compromise which the Bavarian Government rejected.
