RESIDENT! AL CONDITION'S. Mr William Raines applied for exemption from residence on section 23, block I, Mid-Wakatipu district, held by him under o.r.p licence.—Granted, during the pleasure of the board.

Mi- J. T. Williams forfeited his claim to section 167, block 11, Loaning Rock, having failed to fulfil residential qualifications. _ The residential and improvement conditions having been complied with in regard to section 58, block IV, Green vale district, the forfeiture imposed on Mr William Barron was rescinded.

Havinir failed to fulfil tho improvement' and cropping conditions in regard to seotion 68, block 11, Maerewhenim, Mrs- J. P. Bradley was declared to have forfeited her claim to the section.

The completion of survey of land in block IX, Leaning Rock district, provisionally granted on thr- occupation lease system to Mr Daniel Mathias, and of block IX, Loaning Rock, to Mr John Marloy, were finally approved.

Mr Thomas M*MuUan was granted six months in which to effect tho re-nired improvements to sections 55a and 56a, Conical Hills Settlement.
