DEATHS. BROWN.—On November 5, 1918, the wife of Donald Brown, 27 Pentland street, NorthLast Valley, and mother of Mark, William, and Edward Rogers, and of Mrs William Lindsay; aged 77. Deeply mourned.—Private intorment. BUCHANAN.—On November 4, 1918, at Palmerston, Effie Dalziol, infant daughter of Gilbert and Elizabeth Buchanan; aged 3 years. Deeply regretted.—Private interment. DIXON.—On Monday, October 28, at Christchuroh, Peter, only surviving son of Matilda Dixon, 62 Papanui road, and grandson of Mr and Mrs P. M'Gee, York place (late Mosgiel); aged 26 years. Very deeply mourned.—lnterred Linwood Cemetery. • HANCOCK.—On November 4, at Wellington., Graco Trow ill, the beloved daughter of J. 11. and M. Hancock, of St. Clair, Dunedin.—Private interment at Wellington. M'CAW.—At Lambeth Infirmary, London, on October 26, 1918, of influenza and pneumonia, Hush John M'Caw, M.D., F.R.C.S.E, the second son of Hugh and Jane Macadam M'Caw, of Grasmere, Invercaxgill (late of Anderson's Bay and Mos£iol). MORLEY. —On November 4 (suddenly), at tho residence of his son-in-law (Mr R. Allan), 13 Haig street, Mornington, Siah, beloved husband of Julia Jane Morloy; acred 75 years. "At rest" MLjaDOGH.—On November 3, 1918, at her residence, 28 Rosebery street, Mornington, Jane, dearly beloved wife of John Murdoch, sen.; aged 71 years. Deeply regretted. No flowers. WALLS.—On November 4, 1918, at 30 Arthur street, Agnes "Walls, widow of the late Francis Walls, and youngest daughter of tho late William Knott, Mosgiel; aged 32 years. R.I.P.
