Announcements of Births, Marriages, and Deaths sent by post lor publication must bear the signature of car agent, a clergyman, or a J.P. Charge .for these, 3s each prepaid, or 4s if booked, when not exceeding five lineß, and Gd for each line over five. "In Mcmoriam " notices are inserted at the same riftes, but when verses are added an additional charge of 6d per line is made for each line of space oocupied. Notices of Death and Private Interment without ref""enoe *n either time or place of interment; prepaid 6s Gd, booked 6s Gd. Notices of Death and Pnneral, either where the funeral notice is a separate advertisement or is part of the death notice; prepaid Ss, booked 9s. In nomputing the lines of apace to be oocupied, advertisers are notified that they can reckon six words to the line. All words over 30 are, therefore, charged at Gd for each six words. • Notifications of Births, Marriages, and Deaths appearing in the Daily Times are inserted also in the Witness without additional charge.
