SITUATION STORMY.
Router's Telegrams. LONDON April 20. (Received April 21. at 0.35 a.m.) The German semi-official telegram announcing the termination of the great strike of munition -workers on Monday is now admitted to liave been premature. The German papers state that 250,000 workers in five factories were still idle on Wednesday, and that at a meeting of the strikers on Thursday it was resolved not to resume but to send a deputation to-the Chancellor. Various strikes occurred at Leipzig on Monday and Tuesday, and there was also a great demonstration at Stoetleritz in protest against the scarcity of food.
