URGENT REPRESENTATIONS TO GERMANY. MUST HAVE HER TROOPS HOME. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. . LONDON, April 19. (Received April 20, at 9.25 p.m.) A .Zurich wireless message states that the Grand Vizier han arrived at Berlin with a view to making urgent representations as to the seriousness of Turkey's position and her inability to continue the war effectively unless all the Turkish troops in Galicia and Rumania are withdrawn and a substantial number of Austrians and Bulgarians immediately sent to the aid of Turkey.
