The British Commissioners include Mr Balfour, the Hon. Eric Drummond, Mr lan Malcolm, M.P., Captain Dormer, R.N., Mr F. G. A. Butler, Admiral de Chair, Fleet-paymaster Lawford, Majorgeneral Bridges, Captain Spencer Clay, and Lord Cunliffe (Governor of the Bank of England).
